"I had the service department install new tires on my honda shadow. I made the appointment a week prior to my arrival for the service. Moto Rouge was right on time with my appointment, installed my tires and also let me know about the rust inside my wheels. They cleaned up the rust and within a short period of time I was on my way. I plan to return for further service.

"I visited the store as part of the Big Easy Weekender rally in NO. This is by far the friendliest dealership I have ever been in. They even got my mom to pose on a scooter! She is still talking about that! The hospitality demonstrated by the people there was second to none. I scored a nice deal on a Fieldsheer rainsuit, as well. The lost art of customer service has been renewed at Vespa of Baton Rouge! ALL the staff have been friendly, courteous, and accommodating from the first time i walked in the store. It's nice to see people enthusiastic about the products and the sport we love rather than simply trying to push a sale...or worse, seeming indifferent toward customers in general.

"I thought the salesmanship was great! I bought the Vespa LX 150 and I was a little nervous about riding it. After learning the controls, I got on the road, and it was amazing. It is really freeing to ride around town in the open. I am rediscovering a city that I have lived in for 30 years as though it was new to me. I recommend the 150 for people who are looking to venture out of their current city. I'm glad I made this choice because at times when I was worried about cars catching up to me, the acceleration was incredible. The 150 is great for gas milage (around 68 mpg), but it also gives you speed when you need it. Thanks Vespa for a great experience."

My wife bought me a new 2006 Vespa GT 200L on Monday, and the dealer experience was over the top. We were not attended to one agent at a time, we had all of their full attention - and this was as they were getting ready to tailgate the LSU/Ohio State National Football Championship!
